8. Limitation of Liability

• Emotional distress or psychological damages
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Lost profits or business interruption

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Term and Termination

10. Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Arbitration Option

For most disputes, we offer voluntary binding arbitration with neutral arbitrator and shared costs.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using Padawa PWA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this End User License Agreement.

You understand that this is an AI-assisted counseling service, not medical treatment. You assume all risks associated with AI-based counseling and agree to consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

❌ Not Available: Users outside Nigeria without Nigerian citizenship

Users attempting to access Padawa PWA from outside Nigeria may be:

• Blocked: Access may be denied based on IP geolocation
• Terminated: Accounts created from outside Nigeria may be terminated
• Refused: Subscription payments from non-Nigerian locations may be refused
• Reported: Fraudulent attempts to bypass geo-restrictions will be logged
